I guess due to the USA market crash during the past week someone who needed the cash right away to cover his/her margin call placed that temporary big sale order. In the next day he/she changed the mind. Thus he/she withdrew that selling order. Anyway I'm glad to see the seller did not push the ask down to below 0.0026 or dump the shares at the bids!
RGDXQ will have a New 52-week-low 0.0011 three days later, instead of current fake price 0.0001!
