zen, last Friday when I filled my shopping cart with 'vaccine' biotechs, like 3 instantly initiated secondaries hence my additional skepticism about biotechs doing secondaries (on almost any spike in pps).

Now we have this new Fed-funding with $3B allotted for 'vaccine' advancement...$3B is a whole lot of cash...several of these obscure 'vaccine' stocks might very well get all the funding they need from the federal government? IPATF, APDN and several others are first-in-line imo.
