Problem is this stock has performed so poorly year over year the past few years. There are so many other investment options out there.

There isn’t much that has to be done to turn it around, that’s definitely the bull case

Thats been true for the last 2 years at least.
While dilution has been an overhang, thats not a huge deal when price appreciates to reflect business developments, I.e customer onboarding and expansion of products that can be brought to market. That of course is not what happened.
