In my book a Reduction is a Reduction! AXXA has not got as many shares as most of OTC Pink stocks do & now that the company has managed to take care of the STOP SIGN, it will eventually move upwards! Investors will eventually come. It isn't any Pumping in the stock like it was 2 6eaes ago.
