All CV stocks are diluting shares right now, it should trade higher up after GOVX pays there convertible debt which should be soon with the high volume seen in the pat few days.
Dilution is a big issue here in pinkyland...but take a look at nasdaq-amex stocks...they are all selling shares taking advantage of the corona emergency.
Besides, as long as dilution is done at these levels is right with me...5 MM shares at an average of 0.50$ equals to 2.5 MM $...bye bye preferred holders...hello future.
