He actually filed two updated year end reports on top of the initial one, per usual. I'm too lazy to look at all his bullshit, but just going off of his latest YE report:
He's delayed the release of Form 10 registration and filing of S-1 offering from late January - Early February. He now states these items will be done in March 2020.
Any reference to a shareholder meeting or a date for the same has been removed.
Easy Love has been postponed from April 17 and he is now claiming a June 19 release.
Wildfire has been postponed from May 1 and he is now claiming a July 17 release.
Oh and another 500,000 shares were added to the O/S and the float. So now he going to have to issue an update to a past quarterly filing.
Edit: he just issued another 9/30 report this morning while I was typing this. This marks the fifth time he's issued a revision to that quarter. What a shit show.
