Were these shares 'bought' at .0034 as stated, or 'issued' free of charge from the Treasury per the 'notes'?

What is the purpose of the poison pill? Typically they're designed to fend-off potential acquirers, but you've posted publicly and privately that you're IN FACT looking to be acquired, or something...

I've likely misunderstood something that's obvious to others, but please clarify for investors the PURPOSE and INTENT of the share-ownership changes, thanks!

Mr. Principal, just reissue yourself a big block of shares, get your attorney to write a release opinion letter to make them able to sell right away on the market.
No one would be phased at all. It's what everyone else and their sister does with their own sub penny corps. Quit trying to be mister nice guy or whatever you think you have to be and sell some shares and fund your company straight up.

No one would feel any less of you. Really. They're your shares.
