When OS was at 700,000 after RS I was ok knowing that my 3000 would be a decent at 3 or 5bucks pps. Watching all this and not buying, with OS close to 4million I have lost confidence. Now my shares are worth shit. If they are going to 22million shares, Bob has been dishonest about his goal of bringing value to the shareholders. All he wants is to bait us buy cheap hit the 22milly mark and give us the bullshit that a RS will help.

Would only reach 22 million if all other note holders convert now as well. Now the problem as a long shareholder is do you average down now and hope no other note holders convert or do you wait and see if they do convert and average down when the pps is much lower.

Because 22 million is priced in.

Assuming there were 3m shares in OS when it last traded at $1, ~$0.135 is the 22m equivalent.

That it went to 20 cents today may indicate conversion completion. Remember most of the conversions are restricted for terms not yet disclosed.

Need to see follow through for a few days but green today was most welcome.
