293M x 12M now. It might not go that worse situation. But we'll definitely see an huge sell-off (300M ~ 150M shares) at 0.0001 like what happened in last May and this January: about 250M ~ 200M shares dumped at 0.0001 since no strong Slapping actions at the 0.0003 ask!

Anyway I'm considering to liquidate all my ACTL shares at 0.0002, instead of hopeless 0.0003.
