PowerPole,you hit the nail on the head,not with the charts,but with the company getting real,communicating,and following through with PR's that state AF's are not only in hand,but filed,not preparing to file a Form 10,but filed it.A total release to the TA to report the share situation would also help,the investment/trading community is very aware of the history here,only new blood is investing,everyone else is so wary of ICAN/IBCX it's very hard to get anyone interested in it.

PP, right adx is neutral but positive above 20, full stocs are positive, Ar8 looks decent, ma20 about to cross above ma50 (IF it happens great signal, MACD histogram seems to be getting towards positive slowly, Volume diminishing due to no selllers, buyer/shorts have bids below 005, not being filled by mm's for new buys or short covering. WMR is flat but below 80, RSI flat just below 50.

IMO, mm's can trap shorts here into covering on the ASK.
Dilution is not happening as evident from the volume

Once the ASK is spanked all indicators turn up temporarily, unto the first resistance. Then a pullback again tosupport.

IMO, The reason for you, seeing what you are seeing on the daily is because in the attached second chart pps is hugging ma5 and very soon the ma5 needs to meet with the ma10, and if ma 20crosses ma50, ma5 will cross ma10.

Until this happens it is a wait and see.. like I said a trap is being set.

Will the pps go down,.. yes, sure- if mm's manipulate on low volume playing with each other, sure. But definetly not triggered because of retail sellers. Frustration will get more sellers.
