Using erhe's lack of volume at 1/10 of a penny and lower as some type of positive indicator is as valid as saying beer is a canadian word.

Regarding the bold questions about the lawsuits, I suggest someone start by providing how much money was actually paid. Without that number, further discussion is moot.
