This is normal selling and a tiny amount of money to move it, goes both ways when the stock you are in is super thin like this one. No insiders are dumping, it's just someone with a million shares (a couple grand) selling. Same thing would happen if you tried to buy a million shares, the price would spike. Get educated on what you own. The share structure is such that the float is pretty small considering the 1.5b OS.
