That’s a very interesting point. When BYOC finally goes (and it’s coming) it will be fun to watch.

“From overall volume standpoint, it took 772mil to go from .005 down to .0009 and how many months. Then it went from .0009 to .0053 with 65 mil shares in weeks. Then it has come back down in over 20 mil shares.
I'd say shares are held tight, and those holding, get it.”

Its unfortunate some

can't read a Balance Sheet or understand Share Structure cuz if they did they wouldn't touch this piece of shit.

How many lies must the company tell for seeing the light?

How many businesses does BYOC own outright? None ! That's because when they go bankrupted each company will get their business back and keep the money they made.imo Operations loses money hand over fist.

WHEN YOU STALK SHIT ON TOP OF SHIT THEN YOU END UP WITH SHIT. THATS BYOC ! SAAS MAKES ZERO DIFFERENCE.

AND shareholder value going up.

Given that shareholder value is constantly being diluted and market cap is ever decreasing, this is not based in reality.

For more than two years now we have heard the same claims about this ticker and in that time what has happened? Most were cleaned out, while others were forced to sink tons of capital into this just to average down and get out. All while this is about to fall back into trips, what a great company!

On top of that, that genius geordan adds another BILLION to the AS? I've heard all the excuses as to why this was a good thing, but thats not based in reality either. Clearly he can't be trusted to make any progress on things like the supposed share cancellation, which would have rendered the AS increase unnecessary. But, you know, something, something lawyers busy, something, something "when its the right time".

The bottom line is that in two years, shareholders have nothing to show but red for their "loyalty" to a company and management team that view them as piggybanks.

But, this is going to NASDAQ, right?

It's not always about patience when you're down 99% from where you bought in. People have a right to be completely furious with everything going on. Can these deals and acquisitions bring our market cap back to .06-.07 per share with the new float, and will many of us just end up breaking even after 2-3 years? Should we be happy for .02 at this point? Nobody knows because the company doesn't tell us anything. Plus the AS increase was gross.

I have faith in BYOC long term which is why I have never sold but we've also been plenty patient. Company is legitimate and sticking to their plan, but needs to be exponentially more transparent than they are being with investors currently
