She has shares and control. In the spin off as well. She has always been the head honcho here and nothing has changed.

As for the bio tech and the money?

I have one thing to say.....

Show me the money. I don't see any. I see zero investment from any new entities since MH took over. Where are his people buying? I know plenty of bio techs, when a new CEO with a stellar rep takes over, get bought just on that alone. Marina being one of them. But not here.

Nope. I am afraid that we were fed a bunch of NG gibbolygock.

I am just SO happy though that her master plan of getting those preferreds passed AND the RS didn't pass. That was what she really wanted and that was her real payday.

The best thing that can happen now is none of these 'plans/schemes' work, declare BK, a shell is left, and new management and a new company takes over.

I for one have had it with these clowns.
