I don't have access to PACER. I was asking several weeks ago if anyone saw any filings in the Southern Disrict of Texas (SDoT) in Judge Atlas' court.

Thompson said they would be able to proceed in SDoT without a stay pending SCOTUS Seila vs CFPB decision.

If anyone can check PACER to see if there are any filings that would be helpful. I believe Thompson said Plaintiffs are awaiting Treasury discovery documents (emails) that might put into question the NWS and possibly the conservatorship as a whole.

It would be interesting to understand the timeline for these discovery documents? Are they going back to 2008 or post 2008?
