no where do they say financials in the first week of march.

In fact the statement about first week of march implies there is no way the financials will be published then.

I would say third week of March possibly end of next week if they have good support from their auditors. They do state by the end of the quarter.

It still good for a new company but it is vital information any investor needs before jumping into a new business.
