You're right, I was wrong: no more name calling, or tit-for-tat on my part. It will be all about Integral Technologies but I believe we won't have to wait very long.

I can "police" the board (which I attempt to do); Matt can likewise step in on occasion (which he has done as needed), but the simple and unfortunate truth is that, short of monitoring the board 24x7, by the time either one of us get to the spurious or wrongheaded posts, the "damage" has been done.

If anyone here would like to assume the responsibility of assistant moderator, please feel free to e-mail me privately. In your e-mail please include the following:

1) Your understanding of iHub's TOU policy
2) How you would view your role as assistant moderator
3) Some means of "proof" that you hold shares in Integral Technologies (you may select those "means" that you feel best guard your privacy)
4) The reason why you should be selected

I will receive submissions thru the end of the day next Saturday, 12/16/06. Public responses will not be accepted and will be deleted as an invasion of privacy.

Adding an assistant moderator could help the situation somewhat. But the bottom line, however, is that each and every poster must decide to conduct him/herself in an adult, civil, and open-minded manner.
