SS, that's right. Actually the whole mgmt (incl.BOD) hold the responsibility to let this mistake happen. As I understand one of the BOD has the law backgd., should get some of the BOD involved. Well, let's move on and conquer the world (I hope they have the vision to do this!!). JMHO
