A panel desperately in search of a reason for it's existence if ever there was one. This SWAMP has to be drained. Problem is, the drain is plugged. Skeptic7, did you have a mic in the room?

"We've got to come up with a way to continue to justify keeping the GSE's in Conservatorship in perpetuity. Considering the action was unnecessary, was only supposed to be "temporary", and finally considering they are and always have always been in safe and solvent condition. Any ideas??"
