I'm a little surprised that Hudson doesn't have any legal recourse other than distributing these informative filings.

It strikes me that the new insiders have bought into the conspiracy to defraud the shareholders.

Hudson should be able to take these people back into court.

Company is totally screwing stock holders...this could be a $1 stock before they get through with it and the CEO and his team of crooks will be taking a huge bonus away with them.. - 'LARRY260'
