Sorry, but my post didn't mention anything about shares. Everything I have ever read here has always said Offor runs the show because of his power and connections regardless of how many shares he may own. Pretty sure you have already said as much. And of course if revocation is the grand plan, then shares won't mean a thing, particularly to any outsiders.
Regarding how many shares insiders own, I believe the SEC filings. As of now, only one person has filed as a 5% or more owner in spite of all the rumors to the contrary.
