From what i have looked at i believe they will beat estimates,Hemp production is hard to get a hold of as prices have really gone down.i wanted to look a little more but 2 sites i was looking at for VFF tried to give me a virus.. The reason i said about the financial impact ie mostly to do with there wholesale but that would not happen till down the road.GL

I'm hearing a lot about falling cbd prices. I'm a long time buyer of elixinol cbd. Last year when cbd prices were falling, elixinol was offering me 35% off. Now they're back to only giving me 10%. I couldn't get them to budge. I finally had to buy a different cbd product yesterday for the first time in several years, and I wasn't able to get much more than 10% off there either. I'm not so sure about these falling cbd prices I keep hearing about. I'm not seeing it.

I believe Mike wants to contribute the d1. And, I also believe PSF will acquire the d1 with EMH contributing very little to no cash in exchange for a smaller ownership % of PSF. That would make EMH a significant partner in a company that will likely supply 25%+ of the Canadian legal market. Mike wants to be able to utilize the PSF brand in the USA, and I believe he will get his wish. I see the eventual PSF split of VFF 75% / EMH 25%, once d1 is converted. Plus VFF gets governing rights at 65% or more ownership!
