Cause per the PR, they said the offering would be done on 03/03...


The gross proceeds of the offering will be $16,005,000 before deducting fees and other estimated offering expenses. The closing of the registered direct offering is expected to take place on or about March 3, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.


If they didnt do the public offering, we'd be trading at $3.00 easily right now. Whether people on here want to believe it or not, PO's kills stock prices. Check the PR and chart for any PO, you'll see the sp drop significantly, including this one a few weeks back.

And when they finish, the SP recovers. I could be wrong but so long as they are done dumping shares, this trade normal.
