290M-1 x 11M-2 now. Like I said numerous times here: obviously nobody wants to buy any large amount of shares at 0.0003! Thus up to 300M ~ 150M shares will be dumped at the bid 0.0001 as soon as today...

Now the situation even gets worse: nobody wants to buy large amount of shares at 0.0002!

Unfortunately ACTL is lack of strong hands though with the Small SS!
