If the ones that accumulatated massive amounts of shares do not have any faith in BIGN management, then some selling will happen if / when the LOI PR is released.
It may take time to get the PPS moving as long as they prove they not only can set some goals but actualy meet them. Then we will have some true long term stockholders and reward them for holding longterm with a nice dividend?
Once they prove this the PPS will begin to blossom.
