You are entitled to your opinion, of course. You are failing to recognize that they ALREADY have skin in the game. And if they weren't confident in the value of their investment, they would not permit reduction of their shares. Again, to buy more would be working at cross purposes to their publicly stated intent.
You have some imaginary investment line under which you don't consider their current shares 'skin in the game'?
If they were selling personal shares, you'd have a valid concern, IMO.
