I predict emerald could be a major player still. Mike wants to contribute the d1. I believe PSF will acquire the d1 with EMH contributing very little cash in exchange for a smaller ownership % of PSF. That would make EMH a significant partner in a company that will likely supply 25%+ of the Canadian legal market. Mike wants to be able to utilize the PSF brand in the USA, and I believe he will get his wish. I see the eventual PSF split of VFF 75% / EMH 25%, once d1 is converted. Plus VFF gets governing rights at 65% or more ownership!
