I honestly didn’t know that the sign was up before. When I went on LCY web page and looked up it has a pic of the plant and a description of the process albeit abbreviated of course.
The news release stating they have completed all preparations and are ready to go on the 27th seems they are all set. LCY and KKR def got a great deal.
