Yes. The $500k is not a lump sum.
Rossi can pull from it when he needs.
It just gives both parties a little control.
Rossi can’t run to the Caribbean with all his pals for a few months.
And we are not paying Intrest on the full amount every month..

Operations are funded for the next 3 years..
Those .10 warrants will be sweet when we are on NASDAQ.
Direct investors will make out better than anyone in here..

It means a whole lot of covers being sold by Amazon.
