I think that was just an estimated date. Can 't find anything in the filing for March 5th.

That was an estimate based on historic reporting dates and Zacks. Fortunately, this time Zack's undershot instead of over shooting. I'm hopeful they expect to have some + news by the 16th they may not have at an earlier date. And 45 days after the end of the quarter is standard deadline for reporting.
