Agree..I would not have wanted to have been shorting or sold just before that CUSIP Suspension...That would be devastating for starters..The margin call can be issued at any moment...That will turn out very badly for those...
The items were filed under seal until the proceedings were closed and over. Now that everything is completed, PWC has been discharged and the liquidation finished the bids were unsealed and put up as public info. There is nothing that is redacted. Everything is public knowledge at this point regarding the liquidation of Bioamber and the sale to LCY.
As of 2 days ago LCY has completed $3 mil in upgrades and hired 30 people at the Sarnia Plant and are getting ready to run under their own banner. They have purchase orders from companies ready to go. Seems like everyone has moved on except the shareholders. The property is even in LCY’s name at this point
