Seems to be Striving Legally to get caught up for potential OTCBB to execute an RM Legally! they all striving for current transparently for future RM??? JMO! I think its a slow?? Creep uptick from here according to the Markets response on L2 here, 0006's wont be seen IMO! um on line with etrade trying to scoop some cheapies NOW!!! Maybe back to 00's today??? JMO
