A lot of variables in that answer including the broker and your relationship with that broker.

I’m not an expert by any means, but the way my broker explained it is like you said, 3 times a week. A lot of times they’ll require you keep a min of $25k in your account, especially if you’re trading using a margin account.

yes,and ameritrade said they can let it slide a few days but its our tax guy who has to decide if to report our day trading i believe
