No clue at all. Let's just say someone patents the very same idea that someone has been keeping a secret in his head because he doesnt want anyone to see it. Now that secret has been stomped on, and now the secret is worth 0. Funny thing is you can't do a dam thing about it now because someone smart patented the idea. You honestly think that any judge is going to say " well he had the idea a secret in his head " so it belongs to him. Lmao people would honestly need to get help if that were the case.
