Absolutely! Spot on. This is my view. MC and SM hitting the media circuit and creating confusion when they know diddly squat what will transpire with all these cases. That is why one of the first keystone to releasing is to settle the cases. I don't think that is a done deal yet or it would have leaked by now, so they can talk up a good lie all they want and hope it doesn't burn them in the courts. Everyone on here talking like warrants redemption, dilution, and all the other different issues are are done deal have no idea how the courts will affect this and are purely speculating.

Who is guiding Calabria? Why would he make statements about shareholders "not getting a massive windfall"

Why did the plaintiffs in Sweeney immediately go to court to lift the stay?

I wholeheartedly disagree that he was "out of his lane". If he had said that he foresaw a total forgiveness of the SPS and warrant cxl, would that have been okay?

Calabria is part of the government whether we like it or not. The courts said that he can be removed "at will" by the prez (for now until Seila Law). If he was out of his lane, they could remove him.

I think that he speaks truth. We will see I suppose.

I think that he is advising current holders that while they may see a positive return, a huge gain shouldn't be the starting point.

Especially when the government has the power to make the common 30 cents and I believe that courts will uphold SPS and warrants if challenged in the future.

Calabria must talk about capital standards. That's his bailiwick. But stop sending constant mixed messages. He drags his feet, and changes timelines like underwear. I dont see how investors who are looking to invest in any new PO can have any faith in him, or plan accordingly.

And he doesnt know what the courts, plaintiffs, or government will all agree to in the end, when it comes to the lawsuits.
That's what makes any talk from him of stock gains or lack thereof rather meaningless, as well as beyond his scope.
