As stated here and posted on this board inquiries have been made to Clancy in regards to current filings, share structure changes and activity. It has been speculated that Clancy is seeking a reverse merger.
A most recent post detaining a conversation with Clancy, refuted a rumor from another site, that the reverse merger had fallen through. Clancy in responding to inquiries about said rumor denied it. Screen shots of texts were posted.
As a shareholder my inquires to Clancy confirmed that the deal we are all waiting for and the corresponding 8K are still anticipated. As far as Clancy knows there has been no change. Clancy says that the deal is imminent.
It was also stated that the deal has taken longer than promised. (reading between the lines I like "has taken" instead of "is taking"). It was also stated that due to SEC regulations no details are available.
Best of luck this week to all, I know there are many long term shareholders on this board and many that have been shareholders since the changes that took place last July.
We are all aware of the situation and how this has evolved. Nothing new here just posting my confirmation. Sorry no links, billboards, TV commercials, or planes towing signs over the beach. Simply speculation.
