yep..and likely we won't get anything regarding this in a PR..will likely just show up as an obscure source of REV on the statement/sheet...will be interesting to see the numbers possibly as soon as Q1...could be a bang/bang...

Round 1 or 2 of REG A closed...which it appears they are looking at as a loan at just 10% :)

could be the beginning of a nice extended few year run if they continue adding commercial clients as well as using cash for strategic non dilutive acquisitions down the road.
