Interesting post, let’s unpack it. ½ fake, hmmm which half? Media with a pushed agenda can not be. Media that does proper research and provides sources that you can verify I think can be. The morons as you say aren’t causing the panic, the media is by high lighting questionable conclusions before all the facts are known. The virus is real. So is the overreaction to it.
Wizard? Election? A Disrupt ?
The market was over bought for some time, this is a correction as projected and talked about by most investors. It was not a surprise. Nor is it a bear market, at least not yet, and of course nowhere near a recession at this time. I hope people didn’t think the market only goes in one direction.
Timing, if a person were woke as you mentioned, that person would have noticed the massive flood of cash into the bond markets. And if that person were woke they would have surmised where that cash came from. The bond market is overflowing right now, is that not part of the economy as well? So no disruption at all, the bond markets are happy as hell. Their turn. Now if that person didn’t pick up on the hollow shell, if they missed the all time high in the markets just a short time ago, or if they are just not aware that money never disappears, that one person’s loss is another person’s gain. Well that would be a shame as it just goes from point A to point B. Nobody can make a buck unless somebody somewhere loses one. If a person is unaware of all that or they don’t bother to track it, well then isn’t that a little on them?
