More & more likely: "big boys buying" is a fantasy....boosters are just whistling past the graveyard. ARTH management has not previously developed and commercialized a new device, nor run a company; this seems to show in the current situation. ARTH has FDA premarket clearance to commercialize the AC5 device in US since December 2018 (14 14+ months). To date....no AC5 commercialization, no explanation.
In contrast, with a technology similar to ARTH (there was a patent suit between these 2 companies), 3-D Matrix is commercializing its Pursstat device in the gastroenterology space in Europe. GI may be a niche market, and current use of hemostats in these procedures is limited, but 3-D is investing to build market acceptance, which would lead to greater market potential. Have no revenue information about Purastat to share as 3-D Matrix is a private company.
