That was a press release/announcement, not a legal statement in the bankruptcy/CCAA court. They don't have to speak of every nut and bolt or piece of IP they acquired in the liquidation.
Those details have always been available in that 6th monitor's report, as the APA and complete listing of everything they bought is included. All that has ever been required to understand that BioAmber was left with essentially nothing of value is to have read it.
