Looks like Danzik tried to take it over hostilely in 2013 right after they aquired it, got sued, never showed up to court, and the judge finally recalled and vacated the case in Sept 2018

Who has it now... anyone's guess but I'd think RDX still owns it

Appears Danzik is in WY now working for Inductance Energy
