indeed - on a dollar basis - (ratio - % o total) have a ceiling on any speculative stock and F and F - JPS or common remains speculative (a good or great spec IMO but a speculation --- i.e. in a year the market could from today be up 10% and F and F could be down 50% or up 500%

I didn't have any cash on the sidelines to purchase more shares - so I sold some of my preferreds to get more common. Seems to me common is going to move in a positive manner at a much faster rate when we get good news (as the common always do).

The question is if we have more downside from here - and of course the common moves downward faster than preferred as well...
