You bought it buddy that is if you held the common stock. The tax debt was converted too equity shares or company shares from the common shares. You are now along with your other interested adventures own 15% of the assets. Now you may ask why not 30% and here is my explanation to that and that is due too the tax depreciation charges that diluted your party interest.

The early common investors are rewarded that but as we know time is money and if your trading skills are sharp you should of outperformed your peers. If you purchased at the bottom relative to the ones who purchased later you would pay the same. If you purchased early and lossed on your trades and choose not to hold a portion of the assets you have taken the greater loss.
