India may be moving at a snail's pace however I do see some progress and buildings being built in Tech City.

Too bad those aren't building that matter to QMC shareholders. Given everything that has happened, why would anyone assume that there isn't something in the agreement with Amtron that is holding up the funding, and that's why there is no construction on the QDSC plant?

Amtron is the partner with the money. We have no idea what is in the agreement we have with them. We know the Agreement with Amtronics is not a serious agreement because it's obvious that it was never reviewed by any lawyers. We also know that every Amtronics has defaulted on every item in the agreement. They have defaulted on every payment date and every construction milestone date.

Why would anyone believe that Amtron would agree to spend $82M to build a plant to produce a technology that has (1) never been demonstrated by QMC as far as anyone knows. QMC has never said they have done it. And (2) leading scientists say the technology is 3-5 years away from being commercial and that other technologies need to be developed before it can be done.

Does anyone really believe Amtron is going to fund construction without seeing it first? What do you need to demonstrate it? A reactor. Why else send the reactors so far in advance? So they sold two? For all we know neither has been paid for yet. All we know is that "the $1M order has been placed by Amtronics LLC and has been secured with a letter of credit issued by Assam Electronic Development Corporation Limited."

For all we know payment for the reactors via the LOC is contingent on demonstrating the technology. Sure, this is all speculation, but the fact that nothing has happened as it was planned to happen is not speculation. Why haven't we been showed the Amtron agreement? Maybe because it has the answer as to why construction has not started?
