Agreed that for a company of Cel-Sci's size and risk that whenever a stock goes down by more than 20-25% without any specific company related bad news, that should prompt a quick alert and reaction from the company to mitigate.

Interesting point on assuming the warrants might be restricted in some form for execution, but I don't see why/how that would be the case given how long the warrants have been held for to date. Some warrants may be below the current price, but the fact that in the prior earnings we didn't see any conversions, and now the over-reaction to the Covid-19 situation would make me think holders will now wait until 'soon' results to get the biggest expected near-term return.

On the ATM, nothing stopping them from opening up one today.
