Did Nader even submit bla request? The process itself takes 8-20 months historically according to fda website.

If things are actually being done by cydy / Nader, and considering things go well, fda approval would still be years away. Unfortunately cydy has no other products generating revenue in the meantime

Yes. It's a request for permission to sell a drug. You do NOT apply for a BLA AFTER approval.
