What's worse is Seila will decide $FNMA's fate. Not even our own case! That's quite disappointing to some degree.

$FNMA Commons' fate is 100% dependent on CFPB's case in front of SCOTUS.

A bad ruling there almost certainly means Commons get Cancelled. Well, technically not Cancelled. But trading sub-$1 won't be fun for most of us Average Joes :-(
