Sgmd revenues are about 1 million a year . Cash about 100 k. I think inventory 100 k . This is about 2 x sales .
If Sgmd can show revenues with bud cars Of 40 percent we can add about 1 million . I expect bud car revenue
Of 2 million a year based off 1 x sales .
Sgmd can get a multiplier as high as 4 x sales to 10 x sales .
.006 to .015 cents . Right now it about at fair value .
Zero speculation .
Jimmy has to pull off something to get a higher multiplier.
Or go out of business . Jimmys window is small and time
