What you've described is your typical OTC stock. The same exact wording (replacing "Larry" with the appropriate stock's CEO's name) can be placed on almost any board here.
I don't see talk elsewhere about class action lawsuits. People swallow their pride, learn their lesson, and move on. By saying this, I'm not in the least defending Larry, Matt, or anyone else, if there is anyone else, associated with Image Protect. What I am saying or implying is that this is typical for the OTC.
