Maybe because there is substantial disagreement among the various plaintiffs. I always thought Cooper & Kirk didn't asked for enough compensation nor brought forth the correct relief.

IMHO the status conference could be because the Gov messed up and failed to address the Washington Federal case in their interlockatory appeal brief.
